Dear Mr. Praschak:
Receipt is hereby acknowledged of the undated correspondence
from George Pavlou, Acting Director of the EPA, to Daniel Wilson,
President of Western Auto. 
As you are aware, the undersigned
represents Western Auto in the EPA administrative proceedings
involving the superfund site referenced above.
As per the instructions in the correspondence described above,
and without waiving any rights that Western Auto has to object to its
being suspected of being an operator of a facility at which there has
been a release or threatened release of a hazardous substance, and
without waiving any rights it may have to dispute the EPA's
determination that Western Auto be made a potentially responsible
party, Western Auto agrees to consider cooperating with future
activities involving this site.
