the U.S Virgin Islands



Dear Senate President Potter:



Pursuant to Title 31, Section 205, subsection (c), of the Virgin Islands Code, transmitted

herewith is the following Lease Amendment No. | submitted for ratification by the Thirty-

Sixth Legislature:



Proposed Lease Amendment No. | by and between the Government of



the Virgin Islands acting through the Department _of Property and

Procurement and Paradise Paws VI, LLC (OLC No. 0184-2026).



The leased premises are Parcel No. 180-1] and a portion of Parcel No, 180-3 Submarine Base,

No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and are used for the operation of a

K9 Kennel, a training facility for dogs, retail sales, an office, a warehouse facility, and other

related activities. The lease term is current through March 31, 2031, with one additional renewal

period of five (5) years remaining. Under the proposed lease amendment, the Government would

add four (4) additional five-year renewal options to the lease.
