2020 GENERAL ELECTION SAMPLE BALLOT & ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATION 
 
Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, announces the availability of the 2020 General Election 
Sample Ballots. Sample Ballots can be obtained at the Elections System offices, or online at our 
website, www.vivote.gov. Office locations are as follow:  
 
• St. Croix Elections Office-Sunny Isles Annex, Unit 4  
• St. Thomas Elections Office- Lockhart Gardens (Upstairs Banco Popular)  
• St. John Elections Office- Market Place Suite II  
 
Pursuant to Title 18 VI Code 664, the first day of receipt by the Supervisor of Elections of absentee 
applications for the 2020 General Election scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2020 is Tuesday, 
September 8, 2020. Act 8294 provides that any qualified elector can vote by Absentee Ballot in the 2020 
Elections to ensure that electors are not disenfranchised by COVID-19. The application forms are 
available at the Elections System website- www.vivote.gov. The deadline to apply and submit 
applications for mail out Absentee Ballot request is October 2, 2020.
