BOARD OF ELECTIONS VOTER REGISTRATION DRIVE
Thursday, October 28st- St. John Theovald Moorehead Terminal
Supervisor of Elections Caroline F. Fawkes, would like to remind the St. John community that the 
Board of Elections Voter Registration Drive previously scheduled for October 21st, will be held on 
Thursday, October 28, 2021, at the Theovald Moorhead Terminal on St. John (Barge Ramp) 
from 12 noon to 2:00p.m. Documents required for registration are as follows: 
 REQUIRED FOR VOTER REGISTRATION 
Birth Certificate or 
U.S. Passport or 
Military Discharge from (DD214) or Naturalization Certificate 
And provide the last four digits of your Social Security Number 
Attendees are asked to please comply with the COVID-19 health and safety protocols: wear your mask 
or face covering properly, 6ft. social distance and sanitize hands.  
The following are the Elections System Office locations and temporary hours: 
St. Croix Elections Office-Sunny Isles Shopping Center Unit 26, 1st Floor 
(8:30 AM to 2:00 PM - Monday - Friday)
