(hereinafter “Transportation Services”) filed a petition with the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (hereinafter, “PSC” or the “Commission”) requesting that the PSC continue all matters related to or concerning Transportation Services from its March 30, 2012 Special Meeting; and WHEREAS, on March 29, 2012, Intervenor Clifton Boynes, joined Transportation Services’ Motion to Continue on March 21, 2012; and WHEREAS, on March 30, 2012, the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (hereinafter “PSC” or the Commission”) met in Regular Session at the Port Authority Conference Room located at the Henry Rohlsen Airport on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, upon review and deliberation, the Commission voted to grant Transportation Services’ and Intervenor Clifton Boynes’ Motion to Continue for the next scheduled meeting on St. Thomas or St. John, United States Virgin Islands; and NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED that the Transportation Services’ and Intervenor Clifton Boynes’ motion to Continue be GRANTED to and placed on the next scheduled meeting on St. Thomas or St. John, United States Virgin Islands.
