Man Arrested at St. Thomas Airport for Drug Possession 
St. Thomas, USVI - On Saturday, March 18, 2023, at approximately 4:00 p.m., detectives 
were notified to travel to the Cyril E. King airport for a man that was detained. Upon arrival, 
detectives made with Customs and Border Protection, who stated that Mr. Kahlil Y. Henley, 
Jr. was detained with two luggages. Upon investigation, one of the luggage contained a large 
quantity of a green leafy substance. Mr. Henley was taken into custody by the Criminal 
Investigation Bureau after investigation revealed that the green leafy substance tested positive 
for Marijuana. 
Mr. Kahlil Y. Henley, Jr., 18-years-old, was arrested, booked, and processed. Mr. Henley is 
facing charges for Possession with the Intent to Distribute. Bail was set at $7,500.00 in this 
matter. This case is presently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau. Any
