Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sum is hereby appropriated from the Indirect Cost Fund for

the operating expenses of the Office of Management and Budget, the Virgin Islands Division of 
3 
Personnel, the Virgin Islands Department of Property and Procurement and the Virgin Islands 
4 
Department of Finance during the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026.
