Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority 2019 Holiday Season Office Closures The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) advises the general public that its offices in the districts of St. Thomas-St. John and St. Croix will be closed on the following days that were outlined in the proclamation signed by the Hon. Albert Bryan Jr., Governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands, on Thursday, December 12, 2019. The VIEDA will also be on administrative leave on December 27, 2019.
