An Act appropriating the sum of $679,250 from the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund to

the Virgin Islands Port Authority to be used for the resurfacing of the Gordon Finch Molasses

Pier Facility

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION. 1 (a) The sum of $679,250 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending

September 30, 2022, from the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund to the Virgin Islands Port

Authority for the resurfacing of the Gordon Finch Molasses Pier Facility.



(b) The funds appropriated in subsection (a) remain available until expended.



Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 20, 2022.
