The Department of Veterans Affairs community-

based outpatient clinic in Saint Thomas, United States

Virgin Islands, shall after the date of the enactment of 
7
this Act be known and designated as the ‘‘Sergeant First 
8
Class Floyd E. Lake Department of Veterans Affairs 
9
Community-Based Outpatient Clinic’’. Any reference to 
10
such clinic in any law, regulation, map, document, record, 
11
or other paper of the United States shall be considered 
12
to be a reference to the Sergeant First Class Floyd E. 
13
Lake Department of Veterans Affairs Community-Based 
14
Outpatient Clinic.
