HE is required to appear on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 10AM, in the Frits E. Lawaetz 
Legislative Conference Room, St. Croix.
HE shall provide:

A written statement outlining GEC, LLC’s contractual role and scope of work
The original and all revised project schedules, including current schedule and estimated 
completion date
A construction progress report comparing planned versus actual progress
A complete listing of all change orders from 2014 to present, including cost, 
justification, and origin
A summary of the original contract value and the current total contract value
Total payments received to date, with a breakdown by year and work completed, and 
any outstanding claims or disputes
A breakdown of all project delays
A current site condition report, photographic progress documentation, and a list of 
remaining work and outstanding issues
A list of ADA-compliant standards of the facility
HE is further required to produce all requested documents no later than 48 hours 
prior to the scheduled hearing.
