Rico

the United States

be extended

by
the

that
owing

the
continuous
de-
mand
for service
at
the post
office
win-

dows
on
Saturdays
until sp.
m.,
it
is

practically
impossible
to
divert
the

necessary
attention
to closing
and
dis-
patching
the
mail
which
should
reach

Frederiksted
at
a certain
hour,
and
en-

tails
considerable
time
to
make
up.
While general
business
will be suspended
at
4 p.
m.. the public will gain one
hour
additional in which
to catch
the outgoing
mail,
and it
is
calculated
that
this
ar-
rangement
should
redound
to
mutual

advantage
for patrons
and
the
service.

mail from
Frederiksted,

so arranged
that this will be deliver-

ed by

earnest
cooperation

the public is invited in
observing
the

hours
in
which post
office
service
will
be
given

be
enjoined

while
