Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section238, Official

Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning 
3 
designation for Plot No. 6, Parcel 6 of Estate Clifton Hill, Kings Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin 
4 
Islands, consisting of 0.9553 U.S. acres, as collectively described on Survey Drawing No. 2807, 
5 
from R-2 (Residential-Low Density - One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
