Dear Ms LaPlace -



I've been a resident and business owner on St Croix for over 40 years.



The application for rezoning of 16 acres in Beeston Hill from R1 to B2 is ludicrous. For development of

3-4 acres as townhouses, almost half for short term rentals (meaning Air BnB) would do nothing to

address the rental property shortage here.



And B2 zoning for the whole property would open the door to dozens of development possibilities

not appropriate to a quiet residential area straining to accommodate the busy rush hour traffic already

there.



We therefore beseech you to deny this request.
