Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sum, to accomplish the specified purposes of the Bureau of

School Construction and Maintenance to repair, renovate and perform maintenance at public 
3 
schools and facilities territory wide, is appropriated from the School Construction, Maintenance 
4 
and Capital Fund in fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026.
