Contractor Description of Scope of Work/Services



The Contractor shall provide

professional development along with

American Institute for Research in the | Ongoing consultation, modeling, and

Behavioral Sciences, Inc. coaching in the areas of implementing a

Response to Instruction (“RTI”) (a multi-

tiered prevention system) throughout the

territory’s public education system



Pursuant to the renewal option provision in Paragraph 2 of the above mentioned contract and

subject to the appropriation and allotment of necessary funds, notice is hereby given that the

Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands, Department of Education exercises its option to renew

and does hereby renew the aforementioned contract for the period December 10, 2016 to

December 9, 2017 at a cost of Two Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand, Two Hundred Ninety Six

Dollars and Zero Cents ($287,296.00).



All the terms, covenants, and conditions of the PC001DOE14 affected shall continue in full force

and effect.
