Enclosed please find a copy of the Phase I Remedial Investigation Report for the subject
site. The report describes the results of the investigation, which was initiated during
December 1993,, and presents a conceptual remedial design that incorporates an EPA
presumptive remedy for soils remediation. Texaco would like to begin implementation of
the described remedial action during the latter part of 1994.
