1. Question: What type of content management system is currently used on vitema.gov?

Answer: None.



2. Question: With 24/7 access to vendor, what is the expected response time (e.g. 30 min, Ihr,

Ahr, 1 business day, etc.)?

Answer: Immediately upon request for emergency events and for routine items such as news

releases, within one business day. In most non-emergency cases, the webmaster

receives the news release a day prior to releasing it to the media.



3. Questions: Is the design and maintenance of vialert.gov included in this scope of work?

Answer: No.



4. Question: If proposals are due August 9, 2016, how likely is it that the contracting period will

start in August 2016? Should this date be moved to September 2016 to

accommodate for reviews and selection of a vendor?



Answer: There is no set timeline for the contracting period.



5. Question: News & Updates have not been updated since Sept 2014 and Press Releases since

March 2016. Is this because there is currently no on available to perform the

updates or there have been no updates since?



Answer: No one to perform the updates.

6. Question: How many levels of review are required to approve new designs and features?

Answer: Two levels.



7. Question: Are changes to the project allowed in the event of an extremely busy



hurricane season or more than average emergencies?

Answer: Cannot be assessed at this time. It depends on the type of emergency.
