Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Title 19 Virgin Islands Code, part VI, chapter 51, subchapter I, section

1303 is amended at the end of subsection (c) after “Federal Act”, by adding “and which requires 
3 
every owner or operator of a public water system to monitor, test and analyze the water system's 
4 
lead and copper content at least once a year”.
