In accordance with the provisions of Title 17, Chapter 33 § 455 of the Virgin Islands Code, I hereby

nominate Mrs. Trinity D. Granger-Austrie as a member representing the island of St. Croix to the University

of the Virgin Islands Board of Trustees. She is the founder, director, and partner of Tysam Tech, LLC.

Additionally, she is a former professor and student of the University of the Virgin Islands.



Accordingly, it is my pleasure to ask for the advice and consent of the Thirty-Sixth Legislature of

the Virgin Islands on the nomination of Mrs. Trinity D. Granger-Austrie. A copy of her resume is enclosed

for your review. I respectfully urge the Legislature to take timely action to advance this nomination to

prevent any delays in the official functions of the University of the Virgin Islands Board of Trustees.

Trustees to meet its demanding operations and the continued work to serve the people of the United States
