**ELECTION SYSTEM TO OFFER FREE DUPLICATE VOTER ID CARDS** 
 
 
Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, announces that effective Wednesday, July 17, 2019 
to August 31, 2019, voters can obtain a “FREE” duplicate Voter Registration ID Card. The Board 
of Election voted in its meeting held on Friday, July 12, 2019, to offer free voter’s ID Cards due to 
the many reports from the public.  Supervisor Fawkes is also encouraging those that lost their 
voter’s ID card during the hurricanes to come in and have their cards replaced during this period.  
 
In addition, the Supervisor is requesting registrants that have not yet picked up their cards that 
were back logged for printing, to do so by the end of July.  
 
The Election System Offices are located at the following locations: 
 
St. Croix Elections Office – Sunny Isles Annex, Unit 4 (adjacent to Kmart Appliances Store) 
St. Thomas Elections Office – Lockhart Gardens (Upstairs Banco Popular) 
St. John Elections Office – Market Place Suite II
