Federation

the

workers

on the
situation,

at
noon,
announced
a
continued
improvement
in actual
conditions.

train
service
had
been
bettered.

communique
asserted,

800
trains
having
been
run
yesterday,

clusive of

operation
in the

derground
service.

had returned
to work,
