RE: SECOND ADDENDUM TO THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE UNAUTHORIZED

(SURPLUS LINES) INSURERS IN THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS



On July 7, 2023 and July 25, 2023, the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, Division of Banking,

Insurance, and Financial Regulation issued Bulletin 2023-01 and 2023-03, which provided a



current listing of eligible surplus lines insurers pursuant to Section 659, Title 22 of the Virgin

Islands Code.



The purpose of this Bulletin is to amend Bulletins 2023-01 and 2023-03 to include the

following companies:



Admiral Insurance Company

Gemini Insurance Company



All other information in Bulletins 2023-01 and 2023-03 remains in effect until further notice.
