ZAT-24-7: James J. Jones, Jr. requesting a rezoning from A-2 (Agricultural Zone) to B-3 (Business-
Scattered) with a use variance for agricultural use for Parcel No. 19-1-2-8 Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2, 
& 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas.  The purpose of the request is to allow a mixed-use development.

ZAT-24-6: Raphael W. Bostic requesting a rezoning from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two 
Family) to C (Commercial) for Plot No. 4 Estate Charlotte Amalie, New Quarter, St. Thomas.  The 
purpose of the request is to bring the nonconforming/grandfathered property into zoning 
conformity.
