Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Act No. 9035 is amended as follows:

(a) 
In in Section 1, Item T by inserting an “*” after “IAA ATHLETIC PROGRAM” 
3 
and “INTERSCHOLASTIC SPORTS”; and 
4 
(b) 
in C/CNTR MISCELLANEOUS ORGANIZATIONS FY 2026 as follows:

(1) 
By inserting after “DHS YOUTH ARISE, INC* $5,000” the following:
