All EPA's comments have been adequately addressed. Please keep in mind that the provision to store hazardous waste solely to accumulate sufficient quantities to facilitate proper treatment and/or disposal is for only up to one year. An extension for an additional year may be requested. Caroline Kwan of my staff will be providing oversight of the soil excavation/remediation work. Please let her know two weeks in advance when you have a firm date to start the field work.
