It was a consensus of opinion that every youngster who deserved



to go to CVI ought to be able to go; price should not stand in the way



Students would not be required to live in the dormitory,



of attendance.



but every effort would be made to encourage at least 60% of them to do



so. As muchas possible, costs of room and board would be defrayed



by scholarships and loans.
