Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Title 3 Virgin Islands Code is amended as follows:

(a) 
chapter 27, section 711 is amended by striking all the language in subsection (b) and 
3 
inserting the following new language: 
4 
“The System shall discontinue making duty disability retirement annuity payments 
5 
or nonduty disability retirement annuity payments to a member who resumes any 
6 
employment.”

(b) 
chapter 28a, section 760 is amended by striking all the language in subsection (b) 
8 
and inserting the following new language:

“The System shall discontinue making duty disability retirement annuity payments 
10 
or nonduty disability retirement annuity payments to a member who resumes any 
11 
employment.”
