Eligibility
i
Nominee must be an undergraduate or graduate student at any academic institution that
has a current membership in NEASEA.
i
Nominee must have worked a minimum of one full academic semester during Spring
2003 to Fall 2003  
i
Nominee must have an evaluation rating of good and above 
i
Nominee must be in good academic standing
i
Nominees are not restricted to being in the Federal or Need-based Institutional Work-
Study Program.  
ALL student employees who meet the above criteria are eligible
Selection Criteria 
i
Students should be evaluated on the following areas as a minimum:
„ Initiative
„ Reliability
„ Disposition
„ Quality of Work
„ Contribution to Employer
i
Each institution may submit one name for consideration at the state level.  Multiple
submissions will be returned to the NEASEA Member for final selection.
NOTE: Longevity is not among the criteria for selection
