In his capacities as Global Sourcing Leader for DuPont Protection and Co-founder and Vice President for Sustainable Star LLC, he has demonstrated leadership in the field of energy. He also offers engineering expertise and experience as a former engineer for Ernie Green Industries, Martin Marietta Alumina, and Hercules Incorporated. Accordingly, it is my pleasure to ask for the advice and consent of the Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Virgin Islands on the nomination of Mr. Lynton Scotland.
