This developer must be required to respect Beeston Hill’s currently R-1 (Residential) zoning; and seek a more suitable commercially zoned property for their project. High-density projects, such as what is being proposed, do not belong in a residential neighborhood. Changing the zoning to accommodate this developer’s request would negatively impact the current and future residents of Beeston Hill. | do not have any objection for them to build appropriate zoning projects such as single-family homes, R-1. | urge you to use your authority to REJECT this zoning change request (If there is a formal process for me to follow to log my opposition to this project, please let me know.)
