2023 ANNUAL SPRING REVENUE ESTIMATING CONFERENCE  
 
ST. THOMAS, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS- As required in Act No. 7521, Title 2 VIC, Chapter 2, 
Section 20d, the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) Director, Jenifer C. O’Neal, 
informs the public of the 2023 Spring Revenue Estimating Conference, which will be held on 
Tuesday March 14, 2023, at 9:00AM at the Elridge Blake Sports and Fitness Center located 
on the University of the Virgin Islands’ St. Thomas Campus. 
 
Presentations will be made by revenue generating local government agencies, departments, 
semi-autonomous entities, and stakeholders from the Private Sector.  The conference will 
provide insight on the economic forecast regarding their revenue outlook and projections that 
will have an impact on the preparation of the Fiscal Years 2024 and 2025 Executive Budget.
