Re: Nomination of Dr. Kisha M. Christian—Board of Pharmacy

Dear Mr. President:



In accordance with the provisions of Title 3, Chapter 23, § 415 of the Virgin Islands Code, | hereby

nominate Dr. Christian to serve as the fifth pharmacist on the Board of Pharmacy. Dr. Christian is the founder,

owner, CEO, and leading pharmacist of Neighborhood Pharmacy, LLC, which is in Frederiksted, St. Croix.

She has practiced pharmacy for more than 20 years and gained extensive experience in pharmacy practice,

healthcare leadership, and regulatory compliance. In her current capacities at Neighborhood Pharmacy, LLC,

she has built systems and a team to ensure her pharmacy operates independently. Dr. Christian’s expertise and

passion for improving the systems and quality of health care will be meaningful contributions to the Board of

Pharmacy when confirmed.



Accordingly, it is my pleasure to ask for the advice and consent of the Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the

Virgin Islands on the nomination of Dr. Christian. Her resume and questionnaire are enclosed for your review.

I respectfully urge the Legislature to take timely action to advance this nomination to prevent any delays in the

official functions of the Board of Pharmacy.
