It was reported that there was one candidates being consid



ered for tenure, Dr. Martin Lamkin.



The Academic, Research and Student Affairs Committee of the Board voted unanimously to



approve the candidate for ten



ure and forwarded the name to the full Board for consideration



and approval.



The Board of Trustees, at its meeting of Saturday, October 12, 2002, unanimously ap



proved the



candidate presented for tenure.
