Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official

Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing 
3 
the zoning designation of Parcel No. 61-3 Estate Thomas, No. 6A New Quarter, St. Thomas, 
4 
consisting of 1.002 acres, as shown on O.L.G. Drawing No. D9-9704-T022, dated November 
5 
15, 2022, from R-5 (Residential-High Density) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood).
