The installation of an armored telecommunications fiber cable at Butler Bay, St. Croix, USVI, is part of

a major Trans-Caribbean Fiber System project aimed at enhancing capacity and connectivity between

the continental United States and the Caribbean. This project and activities are located at Plot No. 4-A

Estate Northside, St. Croix, U. S. Virgin Islands.
