Pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Lease Agreement No. C36-455 and subject to the appropriation and allotment of 
necessary funds, the Government of the Virgin Islands acting through its Department of Property and Procurement on 
behalf of the Department of Health, hereby notifies Virgin Islands Housing Authority, of the Government's 
exercise of its option to renew the aforementioned Lease Agreement for the period of March 1, 2025 to February 
28, 2026. All the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Lease Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
