Request for Testimony on Bill 36-0224
Thank you for the invitation to testify on behalf of the Judicial Branch on the proposed Bill No. 36-0224
seeking to amend title 20 of the Virgin Islands Code relating to the moving violations point system.
I respectfully request to be excused from testifying on this measure and instead ask that this letter be 
placed on the record in lieu of testimony. The Judiciary takes no position on the amendment which would place 
full administration of the moving violations point system under the purview of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. 
Agency reviews/appeals will be conducted as required by law.
