Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding the use restrictions in 33 V.I.C. § 3017, the sum of

$500,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, from the Health 
3 
Revolving Fund to the Virgin Islands Government Hospital & Health Facilities Corporation, to 
4 
hire a turnaround company to assess the condition of the territory’s hospitals and recommend 
5 
viable structural and organizational changes.
