Dear Me. Kwan:
As we discussed on October 27,1692, TEIC hM requested permission to use two
monitoring walls installed by CHT at Four Winds flaza. Please be advised that we
have no objection to the use of these wellc (CHT-6D and CHT-4) with the under-
standing that they will be used by TEIC for water level measurements only during
the pumping tests scheduled to be completed at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday,
November 10,1992. I have Instructed my staff to make arrangements for person-
nel to be on site to facilitate the access of these wells.
H we wish to use TEIC'I wells for the same purpose during our pump test sched-
uled for later in November, I wni notify you well enough in advance to aHow TEtC to
make simitar arrangements io schedule personnel to be at Four Winds.
H I have neglected to address any details regarding TElC'a access to the wells,
please do not hesitate to can my office.
