Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated the sum of $35,000,000 from the General Fund of

the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Virgin Islands Waste Management

Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024.
