materialize.

electric
lichting
system
in Christiansted
has
not
been
per
sect;
like
in
many
concerns
in
their
infancy,
there
has
been
room
for
im-
provement
in
various
features
of
our
electric
light
estrablishment:
but
this
is
true
of
other
undertakings
operated
under
more
iucrative conditions
permit
ting
of constant
efforts
to perfect,
and
it
must be c'.unfe;ssed
that
under
any
cir
cumstances
ilt
will
be
missed
if taken
away
