Acceptance for Vendor Applications for St. Croix’s 2024 Festival Parades  
 
St. Croix, VI - St. Croix District Chief, Sean Santos, would like to inform the public that 
vendor applications for the children and adults’ Festival parades will be accepted from 
Monday, November 27, 2023 to Friday, December 1, 2023. Applications can be picked 
up and dropped off at the Records Bureau at the Wilbur Francis Command Police 
Station (Rainbow Operations Building) from 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.
