CIB Arrests Man Facing Child Abuse Charges   
 
St. Croix, USVI - On Thursday, February 23, 2023, members of the Criminal Investigation 
Bureau executed an arrest warrant on Mr. Myles Ventura. Mr. Myles Ventura, age 28, was 
arrested pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by the Superior Court on February 21, 2023, 
after Mr. Ventura showed a picture of his penis from his Snapchat account to a female minor. 
Mr. Ventura was advised of his Miranda Rights. He was charged with Visual Medium 
Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct/Attempt and Distribution or Exhibition to Minor under 
18, Child abuse, with bail set at $60,000.00.  Mr. Ventura was booked and unable to post bail, 
he was transported to the John Bell Adult Correctional Facility where he was remanded 
pending his Advice of Rights.
