fiscal

Divisiops of the Public
Works
Department
shall
be
available
for
pay-
ing
salaries
to
regularly
employed
watchmen,
caretakers,
and
lamplight-
ers
of
Divisions,
and
such
payments
shall be passed
in the accounts
of the Dis-
bursing Officer of the
Colonial
Ireasury.
