Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  (a) The sum of $654,376.09 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending 
2 
September 30, 2024, from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin 
3 
Islands to the Virgin Islands Department of Health for disbursement to the Virgin Islands 
4 
Healthcare Foundation for the completion of its outpatient dialysis clinic and for the purchase 
5 
of required water filtration equipment.

(b) 
The sum appropriated in subsection (a) remains available until expended.

This bill provides an appropriation from the General Fund of the Treasury of the

Government of the Virgin Islands to the Virgin Islands Department of Health for disbursement

to the Virgin Islands Healthcare Foundation for the completion of its outpatient dialysis clinic
