The Virgin Islands Port Authority Port Authority intends to submit a new PFC application to 
the Federal Aviation Administration FAA to extend the collection of the PFC for St. Thomas 
Cyril E. King Airport (STT) and Henry E. Rohlsen (STX). This new application seeks to extend 
collection through August 31, 2031. Public comments may be submitted through April 25,
