On July 24, 2018, Office of the Lieutenant Governor, the Division of Banking and

Insurance issued Bulletin 2018-03, which provided a current listing of eligible surplus

lines insurers putsuant to Section 659, Title 22 of the Virgin Islands Code.



The purpose of this Bulletin is to amend Bulletin 2018-03 to include the following
