Title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, chapter 113, section 3109(b) is 2 amended by striking “Governor, through the Director of the Office of Management and 3 Budget,” and inserting “Attorney General of the Virgin Islands for investigation and 4 prosecution, if warranted.” 5 BILL SUMMARY 6 This bill amends title 33 of the Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, chapter 113, section 7 3109(b) by removing the requirement for agency heads to report violations to the Governor 8 through the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and instead reporting violations 9 to the Attorney General of the Virgin Islands. 10 BR25-0483/May 5, 2025/KEH 11
