If the location is a moving target, is 100Mbps required or is 25Mbps or S0OMbps sufficient at the temporary location? Answer: The internet service is needed for wherever the bookmobile is located through the island. Based on advisement from BIT, 100Mbps is required because of the services the bookmobile provides and the speed required to provide said service. 2) Are the Public Computer Lab - Digital Literacy Coach programs the viNGN Public Computing Centers located inside the Florence A. Williams and Charles Wesley Turnbull Libraries? Answer: The PCC Labsare located inside of the Charles Wesley Turnbull Regional Public Library on St. Thomas, Elaine Ione Sprauve Library and Museum of Cultural Arts on St. John, and Athalie M Petersen Public Library, Florence A. Williams Public Library, and Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped on St. Croix. 3) The RFP requests connections using DS3 ports. Can we substitute Gig Ethernet ports instead of DS3 ports? Answer: Based on advisement from BIT, please substitute to the Ethernet ports instead of DS$3 ports.
